• Session data: relationship details and issue descriptions you provide when creating a session.
• Questionnaire responses: your answers to relationship questions. These are private to you — other participants cannot see your individual answers.
• Invitation contacts: email addresses or phone numbers of people you invite to participate.
• Usage logs: timestamps of actions for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide the relationship education service (analyze responses, generate podcast scripts and audio).
• Send invitations to participants you invite.
• Authenticate your account and protect against unauthorized access.
• Improve the service and debug issues.

3. AI Processing

Your questionnaire responses are processed by Anthropic Claude to generate analysis and podcast scripts. Your data is sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. Anthropic's use of data is governed by their privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.
• We do not share your individual questionnaire responses with other participants.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Hostinger's servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS, and rate limiting to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and session data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your personal data by contacting us.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

8. Children's Privacy

AIMarriageCounselors is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
