By accessing or using AIMarriageCounselors ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AIMarriageCounselors is a relationship education tool. It helps couples and partners understand each other's perspectives by turning private questionnaire responses into a balanced, spoken conversation.

3. Who Can Use It

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide honest answers for the best experience.
• Treat other participants with respect.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other participants' private answers.
• Do not share your session links with unauthorized parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by AIMarriageCounselors. You retain ownership of your questionnaire responses and personal data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service's output.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (currently $0).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete individual sessions from their session page, and delete your account (with data export) at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
